難熔金屬具有高熔點(diǎn)、低蒸汽壓、低熱膨脹系數(shù)，以及出色的高溫強(qiáng)度和抗蠕變性能，通過合金化，使得其加工性能和高溫性能進(jìn)一步提高，延長產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。因此鎢、鉬、鉭、鈮金屬作為結(jié)構(gòu)材料、發(fā)熱體和保溫層等廣泛應(yīng)用于各類高溫爐。

產(chǎn)品用途：

利用具有相同間距的多層鉬片組成隔熱屏，為藍(lán)寶石單晶體的生長提供均勻穩(wěn)定的溫度場。最內(nèi)層可以采用鎢片，以延長隔熱屏壽命。

Application:

Multilayer molybdenum sheets with the same spacing are used to form a heat insulation screen to provide a uniform and stable temperature field for the growth of sapphire single crystals. Tungsten sheet can be used for the innermost layer to prolong the service life of the heat shield.
